Our Ranch

 We are located adjacent to the Cherokee National Forest and the Horse Creek

National Recreation Area.  Horse Creek runs through our ranch where we have

a big swimming hole and several waterfalls.

  

Below you can see Mamacita's Kitchen, our only cooking facility on the ranch. 

We built a brick oven from the stone of Horse Creek and we do all our cooking

over a wood fire.

 

 

Our chicken coops are protected from overhead attacks by welded wire on a

wooden frame.

 

 

Our swimming hole doubles as a fishing pond.  Schools of brown trout call it home.
