Shipping & Returns

Shipping live birds can be costly.  For that reason, we will spec your order for shipping costs and contact you to let you know what they will be.  We also permit local pick-up in Chuckey, TN. 

If you need to return a bird to us for whatever reason, please contact us and we will make the appropriate arrangements.  Email is the best way to reach us, using the contact form on our website.  If you would like to speak with a person, please call us at 423-426-8386.  We are often out working with the birds, so please leave a voice mail message and we will return your call just as soon as possible.  Thank you.
